Step 1: Log in to your ZyraTalk dashboard.
Step 2: Scroll down to the “Review” tab.
Step 3: Under “Review Button”, scroll down to the Better Business Bureau icon.
Step 4: Paste in the link to your business’ BBB page.
Step 5: Click “Save”.
Step 6: Smile at how quick and easy it was!
How to handle negative ratings
You might be worried that adding your BBB link makes it easier for people to leave bad reviews.
