How to Add Your Team Members to Your ZyraTalk Dashboard

Maybe you’re considering installing live chat for business, but you have a huge team you need to onboard. Our live chat for business solution makes it easy to add as many team members and notifications as you like.

Adding your team members to your ZyraTalk dashboard takes just a few clicks. This quick guide shows you how to add team members, choose which areas of the dashboard they have access to, and set up text and email notifications.

How to add team members to your ZyraTalk dashboard

Step 1: On the homepage, click Edit Profile.

Step 2: Click either HIPAA Authorized Accounts or Sub Accounts.

Step 3: Click the “+” icon.

Step 4: In the pop-up window, enter the team member’s information.

Step 5: Select the modules you’d like your team member to access.

Step 6: Click Add.

HIPAA Authorized Accounts

Because we work with clients in the medical and dental industry, ZyraTalk live chat is HIPAA compliant. We’re required to follow HIPAA regulations and mask sensitive patient data.

We added HIPAA Authorized Accounts to make it easier for you to control which team members have access to that sensitive data. You’ll also need to set up a secure pin to gain entry to the Sensitive Data Log.

Managing your team and setting up notifications

Now that you’ve got your team members added, you can set up notifications.

Step 1: Hover over the Settings tab and click Manage Team.

Step 3: Add the email addresses and phone numbers where you’d like to receive notifications.
